Midlands Housing Trust Fund was a registered social landlord providing affordable housing in the UK. In 2005, it merged with Focus Housing Group to create Midlands Heart, a major housing, care, and support business. Continuing its evolution, Midlands Heart merged with Fortis Living in 2019 to form Platform Housing Group. Today, Platform Housing Group is one of the UK's largest housing associations, managing over 47,000 homes. Its mission is to build and maintain affordable, high-quality homes and to create communities where people can thrive.
