Established in 2017 and owned by the Central Bank of Jordan and all 21 commercial banks in the country, JoPACC is a private, not-for-profit company that acts as the national payment system operator. Its mission is to enhance Jordan's financial infrastructure by managing and developing innovative digital payment and clearing systems, such as CliQ (Instant Payment System), JoMoPay (Jordan Mobile Payment), and eFAWATEERcom (e-invoicing), to promote financial inclusion and accelerate the transition to a digital economy.
