Helm Bank USA was a US-based bank headquartered in Miami, Florida, and was a subsidiary of the Colombian financial group Helm Bank S.A. The bank focused on providing private banking, wealth management, and personal and commercial banking services, primarily catering to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients from Latin America. In December 2013, Brazilian financial group Itaú Unibanco Holding SA entered an agreement to acquire Helm Bank USA, a transaction that was completed in 2014. Following the acquisition, Helm Bank USA's operations were integrated into Itaú's international private banking business and rebranded under the Itaú name.
