Historically, it invested in a portfolio of alternative finance platforms, but its strategy shifted to focus on a single investment. Currently, its primary activity is to act as a feeder fund, investing its assets into the ordinary shares of Sancus Lending Group Limited, a specialist property-backed lender. The company was delisted from The International Stock Exchange (TISE) in October 2021 and is currently in a managed wind-down process, aiming to realize the value of its investment for its shareholders.
