Founded in 2015, Fundlift established itself as a leading equity crowdfunding platform in the Czech Republic. Its primary mission was to democratize private equity investing by allowing a broad range of investors to purchase stakes in vetted Czech startups and small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In 2021, Fundlift was acquired by the Czech financial group Roklen. Subsequently, the Fundlift platform ceased its independent operations, and its services and portfolio management were integrated into Roklen's broader financial ecosystem.
