Fraternidad Muprespa is a non-profit association of entrepreneurs, authorized by Spain's Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration as a "Mutua Colaboradora con la Seguridad Social nº 275". Founded in 1929, its primary mission is to manage health and economic benefits related to work accidents and professional diseases for the workers of its associated companies. It also manages benefits for temporary disability due to common illness and provides risk prevention and health promotion activities.
