Its core mission is to produce and distribute high-value, independent equity research on over 700 European companies to support the investment decisions of its institutional clients. In addition to research, ESN provides services including corporate access, sales, and trading execution. The network operates under a "multi-local" model, leveraging the deep local market expertise of its members. The network previously operated in the UK as European Securities Network LLP, which is listed as "No longer authorised" by the UK's FCA as of April 11, 2018, likely due to a corporate restructuring, as the ESN brand and network remain fully active.
