Equity Dealers of America (EDA) is a non-profit trade association that advocates on behalf of mid-size and regional full-service securities firms. Formerly known as The Independent Broker Dealer Study Group, EDA's mission is to promote sound public policy, engage in the legislative and regulatory process in Washington D.C., and foster a collective community for its member firms. The association focuses on key issues impacting the capital markets and provides a platform for members to share best practices and address industry challenges.
