The Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund (FZOEU) is a legal person with public authority, established by the Act on the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund. Its core mission is to secure additional funds for financing the implementation of programmes, projects, and similar activities in the fields of environmental protection, energy efficiency, and the use of renewable energy sources. The Fund operates on the principles of sustainability, public participation, and shared responsibility to preserve and improve the environment for current and future generations within the Republic of Croatia.
