EarlyShares
Information by Research Trustfinance
Founded in 2011, EarlyShares was one of the pioneering equity crowdfunding platforms in the United States, initially focused on connecting investors with startup companies. Following the implementation of the JOBS Act, the company later pivoted to specialize exclusively in real estate crowdfunding. It enabled accredited investors to co-invest in institutional-quality commercial real estate deals online. In 2018, the platform and its assets were acquired by Property.com, and the EarlyShares brand ceased operations.
