Cubby was a cloud storage, file synchronization, and sharing service created by Paperless, LLC. It allowed users to sync files across their devices (computers, smartphones, tablets) by turning any folder into a "cubby." The service was acquired by LogMeIn in 2012, which continued its operation for several years. However, following a strategic business review, LogMeIn officially shut down the Cubby service for all users on November 16, 2016, and the original legal entity, Paperless, LLC, is listed as expired in state registration databases.
