Founded in 1996, County Bancorp, Inc. operated as the holding company for Investors Community Bank, a community bank headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The company established itself as a significant provider of financial services to agricultural businesses, dairy and livestock producers, and small to medium-sized businesses throughout Wisconsin. Its mission was to serve the needs of its local communities with a relationship-based approach to banking. In December 2021, County Bancorp, Inc. was acquired by and merged into Nicolet Bankshares, Inc., and its subsidiary, Investors Community Bank, merged into Nicolet National Bank.
