Founded in 1945, Community Bank was an independent business bank headquartered in Pasadena, California. For over 70 years, it focused on providing personalized financial services, including checking and savings accounts, commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate and construction loans, and treasury management services to small-to-medium sized businesses and professionals in Southern California. In August 2018, Community Bank was acquired by CVB Financial Corp., the holding company for Citizens Business Bank, and all its operations and branches were merged into the Citizens Business Bank network.
