CIZ (Centrum Indicatiestelling Zorg) is an independent administrative body in the Netherlands, commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. Its primary mission is to provide objective and expert assessments to determine if Dutch residents with severe, long-term physical or mental limitations are entitled to care funded by the Long-Term Care Act (Wet langdurige zorg - Wlz).
