Capital One Advisers, LLC operated as the investment management and financial advisory arm of the major banking institution, Capital One. It provided a range of wealth management, investment advisory, and brokerage services to individual investors. In 2018, as part of a strategic shift, Capital One sold its self-directed brokerage and digital investment advisory assets to E*TRADE Financial. The full-service wealth management unit (Capital One Advisors) was also part of this transition, effectively ending its operations under the Capital One brand.
