Bureau of Collection Recovery (BCR) operated as the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) service line of Aditya Birla Minacs. Aditya Birla Minacs itself was formed after the Aditya Birla Group acquired the Canadian-based BPO firm Minacs Worldwide Inc. in 2006. The company provided comprehensive BPO services, with BCR focusing on first and third-party debt collection, customer retention, and other revenue recovery services for clients across industries like finance, telecom, and healthcare. In 2014, Aditya Birla Minacs, including its BCR division, was acquired by Concentrix (now Concentrix + Webhelp), and its operations were subsequently integrated and rebranded under the Concentrix name.
