Founded in 1997, Bank of Ningbo Co., Ltd. is a regional joint-stock commercial bank headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang province. It became the first city commercial bank to be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007 (stock code: 002142).
