The company was initially established to develop and operate a unified ticketing and clearing house system, starting with the BTS SkyTrain in Bangkok. Under the brand "Rabbit," it has since expanded its services to become a leading micropayment provider in Thailand, enabling cashless payments across a wide network of public transport, retail merchants, restaurants, and other services.
