Banco del Futuro, S.A., commonly known as Banfuturo, was a financial institution based in Nicaragua. Founded in the 1990s, it provided a variety of banking services including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and corporate financing to the Nicaraguan market. The bank played a role in the local economy until it was acquired by the Honduran financial group Banco Ficohsa in 2011. Following the acquisition, Banfuturo's operations and branches were integrated and rebranded under the Ficohsa name, expanding Ficohsa's presence in Central America.
