It allegedly used a proprietary arbitrage bot named "Quantum" to perform high-frequency trades on bitcoin price differences across various global exchanges, promising consistent daily returns to its investors. The company saw rapid growth, attracting thousands of clients globally. However, in August 2019, Brazil's securities commission (CVM) ordered the company to halt its investment offerings. Shortly after, the company suspended withdrawals, leading to its collapse amid widespread accusations of it being a fraudulent Ponzi scheme.
