Founded in 1991, the Association of Credit Union Internal Auditors (ACUIA) is a non-profit professional association dedicated to serving the credit union industry. Its mission is to provide a community for credit union internal auditors that promotes and enhances the profession through specialized training, continuing education, networking opportunities, and advocacy. ACUIA offers resources, conferences, and certifications to help its members effectively manage risk and improve controls within their respective credit unions.
