Founded in 1891 and chartered by the U.S. Congress in 1912, the American Numismatic Association (ANA) is one of the largest non-profit numismatic organizations in the world. Its mission is to advance the appreciation of coins, currency, medals, tokens, and related objects through education, community, and advocacy.
