Founded in 1972, the Armed Forces of the Philippines Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (AFPSLAI) is a member-owned financial institution established to promote thrift, savings, and financial security among its members. Its primary mission is to provide competitive loan products and high-yield savings and investment opportunities exclusively for active and retired members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), and their immediate families. As a non-stock, non-profit entity, its earnings are returned to its members through dividends on their capital contributions and competitive interest rates.
