Founded in 1998, xtiva financial systems specialized in creating technology solutions to help financial institutions like broker-dealers, wealth management firms, and banks manage and optimize their sales and compensation processes. Their flagship platform was known for its ability to calculate complex commissions, manage incentives, and provide analytics on sales performance. Over the years, the company was acquired by Scivantage in 2018. Subsequently, the business unit containing xtiva's technology was part of a chain of acquisitions, eventually being acquired by Refinitiv and later spun off into a new entity called Tegra118, which was then acquired by InvestCloud in 2021. The core functionalities of xtiva's products are now integrated into the InvestCloud platform.
