Founded in 2018, the Villanova Mergers & Acquisitions Society (VUMAS) is a premier student-run organization within the Villanova School of Business. Its mission is to provide members with comprehensive educational resources, technical training, and unparalleled networking opportunities to foster a deep understanding of the mergers and acquisitions landscape. The society prepares students for careers in high-finance fields such as investment banking, private equity, and corporate development through workshops, guest speaker events, and a flagship annual M&A case competition.
