Established in 1988 by the Board of Governors of the Central Banks and Arab Monetary Institutions, The Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences (AABFS) is a regional non-profit organization owned by the League of Arab States. Its mission is to enhance the capabilities and skills of professionals in the banking, financial, and economic sectors across the Arab world. The Academy achieves this by offering a wide range of accredited academic programs (Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD), professional certifications, training courses, and specialized consulting services to financial institutions.
