Founded in 2004, The Alliance for Responsible Consumer Legal Funding (ARC) is the principal trade association for the consumer legal funding industry in the United States. Its mission is to establish and maintain industry standards, advocate for a transparent and fair marketplace for consumers, and protect consumers' access to legal funding options through comprehensive education and government advocacy. ARC works to promote best practices among its member companies and to inform policymakers and the public about the benefits and nature of consumer legal funding.
