The Southern California Credit Union Alliance historically operated as a regional chapter of the California Credit Union League. Its primary mission was to provide advocacy, educational resources, and collaborative support for member credit unions specifically within the Southern California area. This entity no longer operates under this name and its functions have been fully absorbed by its parent organization, the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues (CCUL). The CCUL is now the official trade association for credit unions in both states, dedicated to helping credit unions change people's lives by promoting the "people-helping-people" credit union philosophy and providing leadership on legislative, regulatory, and public affairs.
