Established in 1993 by the Seneca Nation of Indians, the Seneca Nation of Indians Economic Development Company (SNIEDC) is a certified Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Its mission is to foster economic growth and self-sufficiency for the Seneca Nation and its members. SNIEDC achieves this by providing financial services, including a robust loan program, and business development support to Native American-owned businesses, while also managing its own portfolio of subsidiary companies to create jobs and revenue.
