The service automates the entire salary payment process, including calculations, tax withholdings, pension and social security contributions, and reporting to authorities. It is designed for small to medium-sized businesses as well as private households needing to pay employees such as nannies or contractors. In 2018, Salaxy was acquired by the Accountor Group, a major provider of financial and HR software services in Northern Europe, and now operates as one of their key software solutions.
