Parrot Finance was a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol built on the Solana network with a mission to increase the utility of and unlock the value of liquidity provider (LP) tokens. The protocol featured several products, including the PAI stablecoin, a non-custodial lending market, and a margin trading virtual automated market maker (vAMM). In late 2023, the team announced plans to sunset the protocol, initiating a redemption plan in early 2024 for PRT token holders to claim their share of the underlying treasury assets.
