The company's main products were leases for essential business equipment, such as credit card processing terminals and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Following significant legal and regulatory actions, particularly a major settlement with the New York Attorney General's office over deceptive practices, the company was banned from the industry and ceased all new leasing and financing activities as of February 28, 2019.
