Nicholls & Co is a firm of chartered accountants established in 1989 and based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. In 1991, they established a separate entity, Nicholls & Co (Financial Services) Ltd, to provide comprehensive wealth management and financial advisory services. According to the company's website and the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) register, Nicholls & Co Financial Services Ltd merged with Pearson Jones, part of the Progeny group, in 2021. As a result, the financial services entity is no longer authorised by the FCA to conduct regulated activities under its original name. The parent accounting firm, Nicholls & Co Chartered Accountants, continues to operate.
