Nordic Financial Unions (NFU) is a cooperative body for 15 trade unions in the Nordic financial sector, representing approximately 140,000 employees across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. Established to promote and coordinate trade union activities, NFU focuses on political and organizational issues, addressing challenges like digitalization, new regulations, and ensuring fair working conditions within the finance industry. The organization facilitates knowledge sharing and joint policy development among its member unions to strengthen their influence on a Nordic and European level.
