Founded in 1974, the National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions is a nonprofit association for community development credit unions (CDCUs) in the United States. In 2019, the organization rebranded and now operates as "Inclusiv." Its mission is to help low- and moderate-income people and communities achieve financial independence through credit unions. Inclusiv provides its member credit unions with advocacy, capital, technical assistance, training, and networking opportunities to help them grow and better serve their communities. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) intermediary, it also channels capital to member CDCUs to support lending and financial services in underserved areas.
