It offers clients diversified portfolios composed primarily of Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) and provides both fully-managed accounts and access to a financial advisor. In 2018, ModernAdvisor was acquired by Guardian Capital Group Limited, a large, independent financial services company, but continues to operate under its own brand.
