Mill Cities Community Investments (MCCI) is a non-profit organization founded in 2011 to promote economic development in underserved communities. As a U.S. Treasury-certified CDFI, MCCI's mission is to provide financing and technical assistance to small businesses, particularly those owned by women, minorities, and immigrants, that may find it difficult to secure loans from traditional banking sources.
