Originally a spin-off from CoinList's trading desk, Mesada was a prime services company focused on the digital asset space. It provided institutional investors, hedge funds, and asset managers with a centralized platform for managing crypto treasuries, offering services such as OTC trading, smart order routing for best execution across multiple venues, and secure asset settlement. In February 2022, Mesada was acquired by Anchorage Digital, the first federally chartered crypto bank in the US, to integrate its trading and treasury tools into Anchorage's comprehensive institutional crypto platform.
