Hazina Development Trust Limited (HDTL) is a State Corporation under the National Treasury of Kenya, established in 1997 under the Trustees Act Cap 167. Its primary mission is to mobilize funds from the Public Service Superannuation Scheme (PSSS) and invest them in viable projects, primarily in the real estate sector, to foster economic development while generating returns for the pension scheme. HDTL acts as an investment vehicle for public service pension funds, contributing to national infrastructure and development goals.
