Founded in 1992, Growth Corp is a non-profit Certified Development Company (CDC) authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Its primary mission is to support small business growth, job creation, and community prosperity by providing access to the SBA 504 Loan Program. This program offers long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as real estate and equipment. Growth Corp partners with local banks and other lenders to provide favorable financing terms, helping businesses expand their operations and contribute to economic development.
