Launched in 2022, its mission is to unlock the financial potential of all Filipinos by providing simple, secure, and rewarding banking services. The bank operates on a "phygital" model, combining a feature-rich mobile banking app with a network of physical kiosks located in Robinsons retail stores, allowing for instant and free personalized debit card issuance and in-person assistance. GoTyme Bank is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
