Founded in 2012, GiftPass was a French startup that created a dematerialized, multi-brand gift card solution for businesses to distribute to their employees. The company aimed to modernize the traditional paper-based employee gift voucher system. In 2016, GiftPass was acquired by Sodexo, a global leader in Quality of Life services. The technology and services of GiftPass have since been integrated into the offerings of Sodexo Pass France, particularly enhancing their "Pass Cadeau" (Gift Pass) digital solution for employee rewards and benefits.
