Launched in 2022, the Financial Alliance for Racial Equity (FARE) is a non-profit coalition of financial services organizations, including asset managers and other industry participants. The alliance's mission is to design and implement solutions that create a more equitable industry. Its work is concentrated on three main pillars: promoting diverse representation within financial firms, fostering inclusive investment practices, and driving greater economic empowerment for underserved communities.
