Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) is a partnership between the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning, and the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority. Incorporated in 2017, it was established to be a catalyst for affordable housing delivery in Nigeria by providing low-cost financing for the development and acquisition of homes for people on low to medium incomes. FHFL acts as a fund manager, most notably for the Nigerian government's National Social Housing Programme (NSHP), with a mission to provide up to 500,000 homes and create 1.5 million jobs.
