Founded in 1999, Enchantment Land Certified Development Company (ELCDC) is a private, non-profit entity certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Its primary mission is to foster economic development and job creation throughout the state of New Mexico. ELCDC accomplishes this by partnering with local lenders to provide small businesses with accessible, long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as real estate and equipment, through the SBA 504 Loan Program.
