East Texas Regional Development Company (ETRDC) is a private, non-profit Certified Development Company (CDC) established in 1983. Its mission is to promote economic development and create or retain jobs throughout its service area. ETRDC partners with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and private-sector lenders to provide long-term, fixed-rate financing to small businesses through the SBA 504 Loan Program, which is used for major fixed assets that promote business growth and job creation.
