Corporate Training Partnerships (CTP) is a formal partnership between the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Right Management, a global career and talent development firm. Established in 1998, CTP's primary mission is to provide comprehensive resettlement support, including career transition advice, vocational training, and job-finding services, to individuals leaving the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force, and Royal Marines, helping them successfully transition into civilian employment.
