Originally founded as an independent non-profit agency in Rochester, NY, Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Rochester, Inc. dedicated itself to helping individuals and families resolve financial challenges through counseling and education. In October 2020, the organization merged with Navicore Solutions, a national leader in non-profit financial counseling. This merger allowed for an expansion of services and resources. The combined entity continues the mission of promoting financial literacy and stability by offering confidential services including credit counseling, debt management plans, student loan counseling, bankruptcy education, and housing counseling.
