Established in December 2005 and headquartered in Tianjin, China Bohai Bank is the youngest of China's nationwide joint-stock commercial banks. It was the first to introduce foreign strategic investors at its inception, with Standard Chartered Bank being a key partner. The bank provides a wide array of financial products and services, including corporate banking (loans, trade finance, deposits), retail banking (mortgages, credit cards, wealth management), and financial market services to a diverse client base of corporations, retail customers, and government entities across China. The company was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in July 2020.
