Established in August 2009, CDB Capital Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the China Development Bank (CDB) and functions as its primary arm for private equity and investment activities. With a significant registered capital, it is the first and only investment institution of its kind affiliated with a Chinese bank to be approved by the State Council.
